CLOS DE NOUYS, VOUVRAY SEC 2023, LOIRE VALLEY, FRANCE $15.99 This has to be the BEST deal for DRY Chenin Blanc we’ve found in a long time! Located in the sleepy village of Vouvray, where they have been making the world’s best Chenins for decades. Clos de Nouys is a 25-acre estate right outside of town with some of the longest history in the area, it’s vines were noted for their superiority in the 1907 Geologic Survey of the Loire Valley, and it’s wines were served on the SS Normandie during the Golden Age of Ocean Liners. The terroir consist of hillsides vineyards, facing south, on clay and limestone and a thick layer of "Tuffeau", a soft limestone with water-retaining properties making it very resistant to periods of drought. Aromas of white flowers carry over on the palate with added notes of chamomile and Meyer lemon zest; this is dry, fuller bodied a hint of flinty minerality and fantastic acidity for a clean finish that suits seafood perfectly.
FOLK MACHINE, WHITE LIGHT 2024, NORTH COAST, CALIFORNIA $16.99 (MIXED) This white varietal blend from south of Sac and Mendocino is made in a fresh light spritzy style. The nose opens with a light floral note with citrus, white peach, and a mix of tropical fruits. On the palate this is light with good acid and a flavor set of wet stones, white flowers and white fruits. Driven by the idea of making a lightly aromatic textural wine, something not super dry or super fruity, this wine always strives to be fresh, acid-leaning, mineral, saline/briny extremely drinkable and easy to enjoy. The pieces of this blend were all fermented in stainless steel tanks and the blend was assembled in pieces as the fermentations finished. Pair with shrimp, spicy foods, or fried offerings!

It is fermented by indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. This Garnatxa blanca is a fresh, honest, and balanced wine. A splendidly expressive nose offers citrus and fruity aromas as well as Mediterranean herbs. Very fresh in the mouth, with an elegant and lively acidity. Pair with traditional tapas from the Ebro Delta region: cuttlefish, baby squid and steamed mussels!
ANCIENT PEAKS SAUVIGNON BLANC 2024, PASO ROBLES, CALIFORNIA $18.99 Ancient Peaks Sauvignon Blanc exhibits a vivid varietal character that is rooted in the estate Margarita Vineyard and other select sites in Paso Robles. Collectively, these vineyards produce a Sauvignon Blanc that strikes a fine balance of ripeness and raciness, with crisp acidity and appealing mineral accents. On the nose, we can fine notes of pear, pineapple, and lemon zest with fresh mineral tones. A clean, quenching texture delivers punchy flavors of melon, peach, guava, and grapefruit. A subtle hint of varietal grassiness adds complexity to a bright, zesty finish. Pair with crab cakes or grilled sole!
THE PINOT PROJECT, PINOT GRIGIO 2024, VENETO, ITALY $16.99 (MIXED) The grapes for this Pinot Grigio are harvested from the prestigious growing region of Veneto, Italy, where the clay and limestone soils as well as temperate climate create an ideal environment for producing wines with great natural acidity. This selection is completely unoaked to maintain freshness. On the nose, we can find notes of candied lemon peel and vibrant pear aromas. The wine is round and ripe on the palate, balanced by medium-plus acidity with notes of Granny Smith apple and lime followed by peaches on the finish. A testament to the quality of the growing season, there is a dry, crisp and lingering finish. Pair with seafood, pasta, light cheeses and, of course, friends and family. Great for weekends, nights, and all times in between.
